What are your delivery and pick up hours?

We are available for delivery and pick ups between the hours of 8am-10pm, 7 days a week. There is an option to choose a 2 hour window period during checkout to ensure we are able to accommodate your needs. If you need a delivery or pick up outside of these hours, please reach out and we will do our best to accommodate.

What areas do you serve?

We are based in Cape Coral, Florida and can deliver to most of SWFL. Our areas we typically cover are: Cape Coral, North Fort Myers, Fort Myers, Fort Myers Beach, Lehigh Acres, Babcock Ranch, Pine Island, Sanibel, Captiva, Naples, Punta Gorda, Port Charlotte & Venice. We also deliver to Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) and Punta Gorda Airport (PGD)

How much is your delivery fee?

Our delivery prices vary from area to area but we typically charge $1/mile from our location in Cape Coral which includes both delivery and pickup.

Please reach out to us if you prefer a more accurate delivery quote otherwise you can input your delivery address at checkout to see delivery price. 

How far in advanced do we need to make a reservation?

We always recommend booking as early as possible to avoid missing out on some of our more popular rental items, especially during our peak season. We do accept same day reservations pending availability of items, please call/text 239-944-6890 or email info@littlebeachbumrentals.com to check availability.

When is payment due?

Payment is required at the time your order is placed to reserve your baby gear.

​We accept all major credit card payments, Venmo and PayPal.
Is the equipment cleaned after each use?
Yes! We thoroughly inspect every item that comes back to ensure it is in like new condition and working correctly with no missing/damaged parts. We clean each item following the manufacturer guidelines which is especially important for car seats. Linens are washed with all free and clear and we also use a top of the line steam cleaner to sanitize our equipment.
I just placed my order, now what happens?

First of all, thank you for entrusting Little Beach Bum Baby Gear Rentals to serve you. We will contact you by email within 12 hours to confirm your reservation and introduce ourselves. You can reach us at info@littlebeachbumrentals.com quoting your invoice number or by phone at 239-944-6890.

Do you install car seats?

At the moment, we are unable to install any car seat as we are not CPST Certified. However, this may change in the future as our business grows. Stay tuned!

We will provide the manual digitally for each car seat.

We can also provide a list of certified technicians that may be able to assist you with your car seat installation.

What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that travel plans may change and things happen so we offer a 100% refund on reservations cancelled 3 days prior to rental start date and 50% refund on reservations cancelled within 3 days of the rental start date.
 
Do you offer any long term rental discounts?

Yes we do. We now have a 10% discount that will automatically kick in after 14 days and a 20% discount that will automatically kick in after 30 days.

Long term rental discounts can also be used with our coupon codes.

Do I need to be there for delivery?

No you do not. We do work with vacation rental companies and therefore it might be possible to set up prior to your arrival. We are also able to offer contactless delivery if there is a safe place to do so i.e porch drop off. We can also coordinate with hotels to leave with the front desk for you to pick up.

What if I need something that is not on your website?

We are actively seeking to better our inventory to suit all families needs. If you do not see something, please get in touch and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
