Delivery

We are here to ensure you have a hassle-free, smooth vacation and offer a first class delivery and pick up service to all of the SWFL area. We do not have a self pick up service at this time.

Private Residences - We will deliver, set up (excluding car seats, bed rails and baby gates) and pick up all rental equipment as needed . Contactless delivery is also an option providing items can be left in a secure space such as on the porch. Select a delivery window that suits you or your host. We can also arrange delivery directly with your host. Just put their contact info on the additional information section at checkout. If we are delivering inside a gated community, please provide us with the gate code or let security know so we are able to deliver your items efficiently.

Vacation Rentals - We will deliver, set up (excluding car seats, bed rails and baby gates) and pick up all rental equipment as needed from vacation rentals. Select a delivery time slot for a time that works for your check in and check out time or provide us with your property managers contact information and we will communicate with them for access to the vacation rental prior to check in to set up. We can also also provide contactless delivery via porch drop off.

We communicate directly with Roelens Vacations and set up prior to check in and pick up after check out. 

Hotels - We will deliver, set up (excluding car seats, bed rails and baby gates) and pick up from hotels. Some hotels will allow us access to the room to set up but in most cases we can drop off equipment with the front desk or concierge so you do not have to be there when we deliver or pick up. Our items will be tagged with our contact information and the reservation name to allow easy identification. We can also arrange a time suitable if you prefer to be present and we can bring the items to your room. Items must never be left in the hotel room after checkout. 

Airports - We deliver and pick up from RSW - Southwest International Airport and PGD - Punta Gorda Airport. Let us know your flight information at checkout and we will monitor your flight for any potential delays and ensure we are there for your arrival. At RSW, we will meet you either at baggage claims or the car rentals and at PGD, we will meet outside at the car rental building. We are able to meet in other areas depending on your travel plans to ensure a smooth and easy process. 

We deliver beach & baby gear to Cape Coral, Fort Myers, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel Island, Captiva Island, Bonita Springs, Estero, Naples, Marco Island, RSW & PDG airports, Punta Gorda, Port Charlotte, North Port, Pine Island, Boca Grande, Venice and Englewood.
